Let’s talk rollers. Again. I know, I know. You guys may be tired of rollers but I love them! Such an easy and convenient way to use oils!
A few days ago, I posted about DIY Pain Cream. While it’s really effective and amazing, it’s not convenient for on the go. If you have arthritis or any other kind of chronic pain, you can’t always carry around a mason jar of pain creme.
Cue DIY Pain Roller.
Feel free to mix up the oils to make it the best mixture for you. I love Lemongrass as an addition also!
Roll this on painful joints or muscles, or even on your head to help relieve a headache!
