I’m super excited to share my free printable with you today! This one has helped me stay organized when meal planning so I thought it might help you, too!
On the left side, I made a page for the weekly menu. We eat fresh fruit for breakfast every morning so I didn’t make a column for that, just for lunch and breakfast.
On the right side, I made a page for shopping lists. I divided it up by groceries and household so that i don’t skip over the deodorant while I’m in the produce section. Not that I’ve done that before…
I created these PDFs months ago but just recently, I went to our local UPS Store and had these pages spiral bound into a little notebook that I can carry with me when I grocery shop!
I created these to be half sheets of paper because I knew I could manage that size as I’m walking around the grocery store. I printed a bunch front and back (maybe 50 or so), and cut them in half. Then I printed one sheet that was not front and back to add as the first and last pages. I also printed off a cover on card stock and used that as the front and back cover. Having it bound at the UPS Store cost me less than $5 and was totally worth it!
I can meal plan on one side and make lists on the other side! I love it! It’s simple but functional.
