I’m linking up with Julie at DutchBeingMe and posting about a pinterest project that I completed!
When I first joined Pinterest, one of the first projects I noticed was this one:
I burn candles A LOT and I use A LOT of matches. I thought that this was a cute way to store them! Those match boxes can be so ugly…
This is my version!
Nighttime + poorly lit kitchen = bad pictures…sorry…
I bought a salt shaker to use as my container for my matches. It looks like a tiny mason jar. Too cute.
I cut a square of sandpaper-scratchy-match-lighter paper from the box and hot glued it to the lid of the salt shaker, filled it with matches, screwed on the top and VOILA! Cute match storage! I use the big matches from the big box instead of the little tiny ones. The bigger ones fit nicely in the shaker.
